reverend dick said...: Yep. A guy who wrenched with me at Joselyn's was run down by a drunk on Carmel Valley road at ~3pm. The drunk then drove off and eventually hid from the cops in the Carmel River (in it). The guy struck had to be airlifted to Stanford with broken ribs and broken neck...
I'm not smart, so I don't remember the details of sentencing, but it was very light- I wanna say 2 or 3 years.
